Four Points Where We Stop and Check

Mid-run sampling
Every 200 units, we pull one part and run the critical-dimension check. Any drift stops the line.
Batch close review
At the end of each batch, all parts get a visual and dimensional pass before they move to packaging.
Pre-shipment audit
Random sample of the finished lot re-measured, photographed, and signed off before the box seals.

Production Run FAQ
Ten units is the floor for the production pricing tier. Below that, the order runs through our functional parts pipeline at the standard rate. The geometry and quality do not change, only the pricing ladder.
Yes. Blanket POs with monthly releases are available for ongoing supply. You lock the price for twelve months, we hold the material, and you release a new quantity each month without a new quote. Contact [email protected] to set one up.
Absolutely. Customers running 500+ units are invited to a mid-run tour at 2150 Market Street, Suite 340, San Francisco. Call (628) 214-7390 to schedule a time and we will have your parts staged.
If any unit in the run falls outside the approved tolerances, we stop production, notify you immediately, and rework or reprint the affected batch at our cost. We do not ship parts that fail our gates. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
For orders above 500 units we require a formal PO with your billing address and terms. Below that, a signed quote is enough. Net-30 terms are set up on the first three completed orders.
Yes. We routinely ship the same batch to multiple warehouses or customer sites. Send us the destination list with quantities per address and we will quote the freight separately. See the Shipping Policy for details.
