Talk to a Real Person at the Shop
No call center, no offshore support queue. When you call during business hours, you reach someone standing next to the printers. Same for email — replies come from the shop, not a script.
Write to Us Directly
Use this form for general inquiries, follow-ups on an existing order, or anything that is not ready to become a formal quote yet. We answer every message within one business day.
Response time
Emails received before 4pm PT get a reply the same business day. Anything after that gets a reply by 10am the next morning.
NDA before files
If you need to share confidential geometry, mention it in the message and we will send our standard NDA before you upload anything.
Who reads it
Every message lands in a shared inbox that Maya, Adrian, and Priya monitor daily. No routing bots, no auto-triage system.
What to include
Part purpose, quantity, deadline, and any material constraints. The more context, the more useful our reply.
2150 Market Street, San Francisco
Ground floor of the building, Suite 340. Look for the orange logo on the door — the entrance is on the Market Street side, not the side alley.

Getting here
Reach the Right Team
Skip the general inbox if you know exactly who you need. Every department has a direct address that a human reads daily.
What to Expect on a Shop Tour
Tours are free, take about 30 minutes, and are available during business hours. You will see the printers running, meet the team, and get honest answers about what we can and cannot do for your project.
Walk the production floor
See FDM, SLA, and SLS machines running in both bays. We will show you the current jobs and explain the decisions behind them.
See the inspection room
Both CMM stations, the calibrated hand tools, and how we measure your part against the drawing.
Bring your part or drawing
If you have a physical part or a sketch, bring it. We can give you an immediate opinion on material, process, and feasibility.
Meet whoever is on the floor
No scripts, no sales pitch. Whoever is working that day will talk to you about your project.
When You Need It Today
If a machine is down or a shipment just got rejected, call us. Rush work is available and we will tell you honestly in five minutes whether we can hit your deadline.
Call the urgent line
Direct line to the shop floor. Picks up during business hours. If the phone rings twice with no answer, everyone is at a printer and will call back within five minutes.

If it is after hours, send to the urgent address with “URGENT” in the subject line. Adrian checks it on his phone until 9 pm PT.
[email protected]We will not accept an urgent order we cannot actually deliver. If the deadline does not work, we will say so on the first call rather than hold your money.
