Pricing FAQ

We run our own printers, do not subcontract, and do not have a marketing department. Our overhead is machines and skilled labor, not ad campaigns. The savings go into pricing rather than a discount code.

Repeat orders automatically benefit from our volume breaks. Business accounts with ongoing volume can also request dedicated pricing after three completed orders. Contact [email protected] to discuss.

No. We charge for material weight and machine time. A complex part that uses the same weight and machine time as a simple one costs the same. Complexity may require support structures, which add machine time and material, but there is no complexity surcharge.

We weigh the finished part and if it exceeds the quoted weight by more than 5%, we notify you before shipping. You approve the adjusted price or we hold the part. Small overages under $5 are absorbed without a change order.

Rush availability depends on current shop load. We confirm at quote time whether a 12-hour turnaround is possible for your part. If not, we offer the fastest tier we can actually hit rather than overpromising a date we cannot meet.

Yes, if a part arrives damaged or does not match the approved specifications. We reprint or refund at your choice. Full conditions are in the Refund Policy.
